William K. Gullberg Jr.

William K. Gullberg Jr. is a proficient litigator known for his dedication to defending clients' rights and assets. Licensed to practice in Illinois, he is an active member of the National College for DUI Defense and the federal district and trial bars of the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Bill has a rich professional background, having spent 18 years practicing in Chicago, where he began at Continental Illinois Bank, later joined a law firm on LaSalle Street, and eventually established his own practice.

In 1997, Bill relocated his practice to downstate Illinois and co-founded Gullberg & Box in 2007. His practice areas include DUI and criminal matters, workers' compensation, personal injury, and business litigation. Bill's extensive experience enables him to offer strategic advice on asset protection, estate planning, and preemptive legal measures to safeguard clients against potential claims and lawsuits.

Residing in Kirkwood with his wife, Christine, Bill is deeply involved in his community, currently serving his second term as President of the Village of Kirkwood, following a decade as a Village Trustee. His personal interests include bicycling and crafting Windsor furniture. Bill is a member of Harvest Bible Chapel and participated in a mission trip to Romania in 2009, where he contributed to constructing a soccer field. In 2011, he imported a woodworking shop to Romania, training disadvantaged individuals in crafting fountain and ink pens.
