Darin Luneckas

Darin Luneckas brings over 20 years of expertise in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law to his practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He emphasizes the importance of communication, ensuring clients are informed at every stage of their case. Darin and his dedicated team are known for their responsiveness and commitment to taking on challenging cases to secure substantial recoveries.

Darin recently concluded his tenure as President of the Linn County Bar Association (LCBA) and has been a member of the LCBA Board of Governors for over eight years. He also holds the position of Iowa Association of Justice Governor for Iowa's Sixth Judicial District and is serving a six-year term on the Sixth District Judicial Nominating Commission. His involvement with the LCBA spans more than 15 years, during which he has chaired various committees and projects.

In academia, Darin has contributed as an adjunct professor at Coe College, where he coached the mock trial team for three years. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in May 1999 and promptly passed the Iowa Bar Exam. Initially working as a general practitioner in Cedar Rapids, he established his own practice in March 2003.

Darin is licensed to practice in the Iowa State Courts, the Federal Court for the Northern District of Iowa, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Originally from West Branch, Iowa, he completed his B.A. in Political Science at Coe College in Cedar Rapids. Outside of his professional life, Darin enjoys bowling, golfing, and supporting his children's sporting activities across the Midwest.
