William N. Toomey was born and raised in the Iowa City area, earning both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa. Since his admission to the Iowa bar in 2005, he has successfully argued cases before both the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in all federal courts in Iowa.
