Lee Michael Rankin

Lee M. Rankin is a distinguished partner at Willson & Pechacek, PLC, based in Council Bluffs, Iowa. With a focus on taxation, corporate law, estate planning, real estate, and trust and probate administration, he offers comprehensive legal services to clients in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Monona County, and throughout Southwest Iowa and Eastern Nebraska.

Born in Omaha, NE, Lee pursued his academic journey at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a BSBA in accounting in 1998. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Nebraska in 2001. Lee furthered his legal education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, obtaining his J.D. in 2005.

Mr. Rankin is licensed to practice in the state courts of Iowa and Nebraska and holds admissions to the Iowa Supreme Court and the Nebraska Supreme Court. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Pottawattamie County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Nebraska State Bar Association. Additionally, he is affiliated with the taxation law section of the American Bar Association.

Beyond his legal practice, Lee is committed to community service. He contributes as a board member of the American Red Cross of Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.
