Harley C. Erbe

Harley C. Erbe has dedicated his legal career to civil litigation, founding the Erbe Law Office in July 2005. His practice serves clients in Iowa and across the nation, specializing in personal injury law, employment law, contract law, insurance law, and construction defect cases.

Harley has extensive experience in both jury and nonjury trials within Iowa's state and federal courts. He has also presented cases before the United States Court of Appeals, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Iowa Court of Appeals.

As a respected member of the legal community, Harley belongs to the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
