David Prelle Eron

David Prelle Eron serves as the CEO and a shareholder at Prelle Eron & Bailey, P.A. in Wichita. As the only Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist in the area, he focuses on intricate bankruptcy cases, including business filings, bankruptcy litigation, and complex consumer filings. His legal practice also covers a diverse range of commercial transactions such as contracts, lending and security instruments, business formations, acquisitions, dissolutions, leases, and both commercial and real estate sales. David's extensive trial experience complements his transactional work.
