Tamara Davis

Tamara Davis serves as a judicial counsel in Dodge City with her office located at 107 Layton Street, Suite A. Her practice areas include Estate Planning, Family Business/Small Business Succession Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Elder Law. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance degree from Wichita State University in 1985. In 1990, she graduated with High Honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she contributed to the Tennessee Law Review and was inducted into the "Order of the Coif."

Tamara has held significant roles within the Kansas legal community. She is a past officer of the Elder Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association and served on the Board of Editors for the Journal of the Kansas Bar Association. In 2004, she was appointed to the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission by the Kansas Supreme Court, followed by her 2009 appointment to the Kansas Board of Law Examiners. Additionally, she served as president of the Ford-Gray County Bar Association and is affiliated with the Southwest Kansas, Kansas, and American Bar Associations.

As a member of Wealth Counsel, Inc., a national group of Estate Planning Attorneys, Tamara is actively engaged in her field. She also dedicates time to local community initiatives, currently serving as a Director on the board of Hospice of the Prairie, Inc. Tamara is a frequent lecturer on Wills, Trusts, and Estates, sharing her expertise with peers and the community.
