Patrick Copley

Patrick Copley is a distinguished attorney known for his extensive experience in civil litigation. His practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including domestic litigation, business litigation, property disputes, and personal injury. However, his principal focus is on aiding victims in family law matters, where he provides exceptional support in cases related to child support, child custody, maintenance (or alimony), grandparent rights, guardianships, and paternity.

Mr. Copley is also an active contributor to the legal community through regular presentations and articles on emerging litigation theories and trial techniques. His notable works include "The (Non) Evolution of Logo Liability" in the Defendant RI Newsletter, "Procuring Testimony from Consumer Product Safety Commission Employees" in the DRI Product Liability Committee Newsletter, and "Advanced Deposition Techniques: Handling the Problem Witness" for the Missouri Bar. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Copley enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has a passion for traveling and coaching his children's sports teams, including softball and soccer.
