Gregory Allen Schwartz

Gregory Allen Schwartz, a native of Hays, Kansas, has built a thriving legal practice in the community where he grew up. After earning his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2000, Greg returned to Hays to serve his community. His practice spans family law, criminal defense, corporate law, business and contract law, estate planning, and personal injury.

Greg is known for his ability to connect with clients, understand their legal concerns, and craft personalized strategies to meet their objectives. He excels in negotiating favorable settlements and is recognized for his courtroom prowess. Greg has volunteered as appointed counsel for felony cases in Northwest Kansas and serves on the Northwest Kansas Juvenile Justice Authority Board and the Northwest Kansas Community Corrections board.

Beyond his legal practice, Greg is actively involved in community service. Since 2007, he has been a member of the U.S.D. 489 Board of Education, serving three terms, and has held the position of President of the U.S.D. 489 Foundation for Educational Excellence.

Greg obtained his undergraduate degree from Fort Hays State University in 1997. He is admitted to practice law in Kansas since 2000 and in Nebraska since 2003. Greg maintains professional affiliations with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ellis County Bar Association (where he served as Past President), the Kansas Bar Association, the Nebraska Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Kansas Association for Justice.

Greg and his wife Christy reside in Hays with their three sons, where they are deeply committed to their community.
