Tim Larson

Tim J. Larson has established a distinguished career in estate planning, practicing law in Kansas since his graduation from Washburn University Law School in December 1982. His focus on Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Business Law began during law school, where he tailored his studies to these areas.

Over the course of 38 years, Tim has gained extensive experience and continually engaged in professional development, which enhances his ability to advise clients effectively. His practice extends throughout Kansas and into parts of Oklahoma, where he is admitted to practice law.

Tim is passionate about building long-term relationships with his clients, offering not only legal solutions but also empathy and understanding, especially during crises. His approach is encapsulated in the motto: "We care. We listen. We counsel." Tim's ability to guide clients through complex planning scenarios, including those involving business owners and multi-generational farm families, is a testament to his expertise.

In addition to his practice, Tim has contributed to three books on estate planning: “LEGACY: Plan, Protect and Preserve Your Estate,” “GENERATIONS, Planning Your Legacy,” and “STRICTLY BUSINESS, Planning Strategies for Privately Owned Businesses.” For over two decades, he has been an active member of the e.Planners Educational Alliance, Inc., participating in regular continuing education programs with fellow estate planning attorneys nationwide.
