Peyton Griffee

Peyton Holmes Porter Griffee serves as a partner and Counsel at Sweat & Griffee Law Office, where he brings extensive experience in civil litigation and criminal prosecution. Raised in Mount Washington, Kentucky, Mr. Griffee continues to reside there with his wife, Caitlin.

Mr. Griffee is an alumnus of Georgetown College and the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating cum laude from both institutions. During his law school tenure, he was an active member of the National Moot Court Team and an Ordered Liberty fellow. His early legal experience includes clerking at the Zoppoth Law Office in Louisville and the civil division of Lawyer General Daniel Cameron.

Following his graduation, Mr. Griffee honed his courtroom skills as a prosecutor at the Hardin County Attorney’s Office in Elizabethtown, where he successfully conducted both jury and bench trials. His commitment to justice extends to his role as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve, where he serves as a Judge Advocate, applying his legal expertise in service to his country.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Griffee is actively involved in his community through volunteering. He enjoys reading, exercising, and spending quality time with his family. His dedication to serving the legal needs of Bullitt County and the surrounding areas is evident in his passionate advocacy for his clients.
