Thomas Stevens

Thomas E. Stevens is a distinguished legal professional and mediator serving the entire Commonwealth of Kentucky. With extensive experience in mediation, Thomas is well-versed in guiding parties towards effective settlements, leveraging both his practical litigation experience and academic insights. He is also an Assistant Professor in the paralegal program at Eastern Kentucky University, contributing to the education of future legal professionals.

Thomas has a robust background as a trial and appellate lawyer, having litigated numerous cases across Kentucky. His legal expertise encompasses general tort liability, trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, property liability, catastrophic injury, and UM/UIM claims. Previously, Thomas was a partner at a prominent civil litigation firm in Louisville, where he honed his skills in handling complex legal matters.

A graduate of Northwestern University's mediation skills training program, Thomas applies his comprehensive litigation knowledge to facilitate successful mediation outcomes. His approach is informed by both his hands-on courtroom experience and the latest academic research in the field.
