Jess Tepe

Jess graduated cum laude from Chase College of Law at NKU in May 2016. After obtaining her Ohio law license in May 2017, she spent nearly two decades at Thomas H. Bergman & Assoc., LLC, a general practice firm in Blue Ash, Ohio. There, Jess worked closely with the managing attorney, Thomas Bergman, on a variety of client matters.

Her responsibilities included handling commercial real estate transactions, where she reviewed and drafted documents for multi-state purchases and sales ranging from $1,000,000 to $30,000,000. Jess also managed business formations, drafting formation documents for various business entities. In estate planning, she prepared documents such as Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, and various trusts. Additionally, Jess managed probate administration, drafting and filing necessary documents in both Ohio and Kentucky.

In January 2019, Jess took a significant step in her career by establishing her own firm, Jessica Tepe & Assoc., LLC, where she continues to provide dedicated legal services.
