Justin Aaron Sanders

Justin Aaron Sanders is a seasoned attorney based in Boone County, Kentucky, with a primary focus on civil litigation involving wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims related to car and truck accidents. With extensive experience in courtroom proceedings and first chair jury trials, Justin has consistently helped families who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.

Justin began his academic journey at the University of Chicago before transferring to the University of Kentucky, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time at UK, he played varsity baseball and was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll each year. In 2004, he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating Cum Laude from the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.

After law school, Justin joined his family's legal practice at The Sanders Law Firm, where he honed his litigation and trial skills under the mentorship of his father, Bob Sanders, a renowned plaintiff injury trial attorney in the Tri-state area. Justin further developed his courtroom expertise as a prosecutor with the Kenton County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, handling numerous felony cases, including burglary, child abuse, and murder.

Justin is actively involved in several state and national trial lawyer organizations committed to defending citizens' 7th Amendment right to a jury trial. He also contributes to the community as a youth leadership conference facilitator for the American Youth Foundation in Michigan and has years of experience as a youth sports coach.

A native of Northern Kentucky, Justin resides in Fort Wright with his wife, Meredith, and their two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys exploring local bookstores and supporting his favorite sports teams, including FC Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals.
