David Randolph Smith has dedicated 40 years to trial law, establishing himself as a prominent figure in personal injury litigation. As the founder of DRS Law in Nashville, Tennessee, he leads a five-lawyer team, including his three sons. His career is marked by significant achievements and recognitions, including being named among the Best Lawyers in America and Tennessee.

Mr. Smith's extensive trial experience spans over 100 cases in state and federal courts across the United States, including states like Tennessee, Texas, Missouri, and Kentucky, among others. Notably, in 2006, he secured a landmark $7.2 million verdict in a wrongful death case in Warren County, Tennessee. He also played a pivotal role as plaintiffs' counsel in the Tri-State Crematory class action, achieving an $80 million judgment and $36 million in settlements for class members.
