Anthony A Mahan

Anthony A. Mahan is a distinguished attorney based in Campbell County, Kentucky. He leads Mahan Law as its founder and Managing Counsel, focusing on business law and civil litigation. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, along with a BBA in finance from the University of Kentucky.

In 2013, Anthony and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Mahan, established Riverview Animal Hospital in Bellevue, KY. He heads the practice's DVO Division, providing general judicial counsel to dentists, veterinarians, and optometrists. His legal expertise extends to successful representations in State and Federal courts across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida, including favorable appellate court outcomes.

Anthony's early career included a clerkship with Justice Wil Schroeder at the Kentucky Supreme Court, followed by a role as an associate in commercial litigation at a local firm. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 40 Under 40” in Kentucky for 2014 and 2015, honoring his achievements among young trial lawyers.

In addition to his legal practice, Anthony is an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University's College of Business. He teaches Business Law, Emerging Enterprise Law, and managerial law concepts to both undergraduate and MBA students.
