Brian Paul Halloran

Brian P. Halloran is a distinguished trial attorney who adeptly represents clients in a range of litigation matters both in and out of court. His practice, primarily centered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, extends to federal and state courts, with experience in Ohio, Tennessee, California, Michigan, and Alabama. Despite his broad reach, Brian is particularly focused on serving clients within Kentucky.

A member of the prestigious “Million Dollar Jury Verdict” club, Brian has secured millions in verdicts and settlements for his clients. A lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, he graduated from Covington Catholic High School and earned honors at Eastern Kentucky University. He further excelled at Chase Law School at NKU, where he was a top student and a celebrated member of the Moot Court Team. In 1994, Brian established his solo practice in Newport.

Brian is committed to his community, serving on the board of the Kenton County Parks and Recreation Commission and as the founding director of the Northern Kentucky Film Commission. Residing in Park Hills, KY, he is also an avid golfer and award-winning musician. His charitable efforts include supporting the Steinford Toy Foundation and the Parish Kitchen.
