Claire E. Parsons

Claire E. Parsons is Of Counsel at Bricker Graydon LLP, specializing in school law, employment law, and litigation across Kentucky and Ohio. In addition to her legal practice, Claire is a mother of two and an active community leader. She frequently speaks and writes on topics such as attorney mental health, mindfulness, compassion, and stress management.

Claire chairs the wellness committee for both the Ohio State Bar Association and Bricker Graydon. With over a decade of meditation practice, she has more than five years of experience teaching mindfulness and compassion to lawyers and other professionals. Her extensive training includes over 1,000 hours in mind-body practices, and she holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and as a SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally.

Certified in meditation, compassion, yoga, pranayama, and somatic healing, Claire has specialized training in trauma-sensitive mindfulness. Her insights have been featured on platforms such as Insight Timer, Above the Law, the Institute for Well-Being in Law, and the Mindfulness in Law Society.

Claire is the founder of the Brilliant Legal Mind blog, where she shares her writings, guided meditations, and resources on mental health and mindfulness. She is also the author of two books: *How to Be a Badass Lawyer: The Unexpected and Simple Guide to Less Stress and Greater Personal Development Through Mindfulness and Compassion* and *Mommy Needs a Minute*.
