Previously, he chaired the Construction Law Section of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

John is a regular speaker at the Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association, where he discusses asset protection and litigation issues related to real estate. Additionally, he has been featured on radio talk shows, providing insights into legal matters concerning real estate and business.

John resides in Ft. Wright, Kentucky, with his wife Kim and son Tyler. They are active members of St. Agnes Church.
