Jenny Cheatham Fell

Jenny Cheatham Fell, a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, has built a distinguished legal career rooted in her community. She earned her B.A. in International Studies from Center College. Following her undergraduate education, Jenny spent a year in Japan teaching English through the JET Programme, enriching her cultural and professional experience.

Upon returning to the United States, Jenny entered the litigation field, starting as a file clerk at an insurance defense firm in Louisville, Kentucky. She further honed her legal skills by serving as a law clerk for the same firm. In 2010, she graduated with a law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.

Jenny's practice began with a focus on insurance defense, where she spent five years working closely with major insurance companies. Her work involved handling claims related to automobile accidents, slips and falls, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, and construction law. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of defense strategies, which she now applies to litigating personal injury and automobile accident claims.

After her tenure in insurance defense, Jenny served as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Public Service Commission for two years, managing legal aspects of utilities regulation. She then returned to Campbellsville to continue her legal practice.

Licensed to practice in Kentucky, Jenny is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Justice Association. Her commitment to her clients ensures they receive the best possible outcomes in their cases.
