Jonathon C. Garnett

Rooted in the agricultural community of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Jonathon C. Garnett has always been connected to the values of determination and integrity. His upbringing on a family farm has shaped his commitment to helping families preserve their legacies through estate planning. Jonathon's dedication to these principles is evident in his legal career.

Jonathon began his academic journey at Western Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance in 2020. During his time there, he was an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and served as a Spirit Master, representing the Office of The University President. Additionally, he gained practical experience working at United Southern Bank during the summer.

Continuing his education, Jonathon attended the University of Kentucky for law school, where he participated in the Federalist Society. His summers were spent interning with Crow Estate Planning and Probate and Bluegrass Land Title in Lexington, immersing himself in the field of legacy and succession planning.

After graduating in 2024, Jonathon accepted a full-time position with Crow Estate Planning and Probate, where he had previously interned. He is committed to serving the greater Hopkinsville area and Tennessee clients, focusing on estate planning and probate matters. Jonathon is eager to meet with clients to develop personalized plans that suit their unique needs.
