Cassie Clagett

Cassie Clagett is a highly skilled family law and divorce attorney at Clagett Law, where she has supported clients through challenging times in Elizabethtown for more than 7 years. Her legal journey began in Chicago, Illinois, where she worked as a consumer protection lawyer at a mid-sized firm, specializing in lemon law and warranty rights claims against major car manufacturers.

In 2011, Cassie returned to her hometown of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, where she expanded her practice to include insurance defense, personal injury, product liability, and employment law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. By 2015, she joined Aldridge & Aldridge, broadening her expertise to encompass family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption, while continuing her work in personal injury and consumer protection.

Cassie earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame in 2002, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor (JD) from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2005.
