Charles Brown Jr.

Charles "Charlie" Brown Jr., a native of Louisville, Kentucky, began his educational journey at duPont Manual High School. He pursued a degree in psychology at Bellarmine University and later obtained his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. After completing his studies, Charlie returned to Louisville, eager to start his legal career.

Initially, Charlie served as a Staff Attorney for a family court judge, followed by a role as an Associate Attorney at a prominent Louisville law firm. Inspired by the potential for innovation in the legal field, and encouraged by his father, Charlie launched his own practice. He specialized in providing affordable, flat-fee services for uncontested divorces, which quickly gained traction and led to the establishment of a successful solo practice.

Charlie eventually partnered with a like-minded attorney to form Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC, where he continues to focus on divorce and family law. Together with his partner, Hugh, Charlie is committed to enhancing their practice through creative problem-solving and client feedback.

Outside of his professional life, Charlie enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, woodworking, and music. He resides in Anchorage with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Kimo, and occasionally indulges in Kentucky's renowned bourbon.
