Dale Golden

Dale Golden, a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, has been a member of the Kentucky bar since 1989. His expertise is recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, where he is nationally certified as a Civil Trial Specialist. Although Kentucky does not formally recognize legal specialties, Dale's proficiency in class action lawsuits has earned him membership in the Class Action Trial Lawyers Association.

Dale is distinguished by his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which require members to have achieved verdicts of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 respectively. Notably, he secured an eight-figure jury verdict in a bad faith claim against an insurance company.

Recognized as one of the American Association for Justice Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Kentucky, Dale has extensive experience in handling cases involving fatalities, brain injuries, environmental class actions, and other significant injury cases. In 2012, he was ranked number one by the Kentucky Trial Court Review for the most cases tried in the state that year.
