Susan Andrews

Susan Andrews serves as a Member and Vice Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, showcasing her leadership in the field. She actively contributes as a Volunteer Mediator in the Fayette County District Court Small Claims Mediation Program, where she applies her mediation expertise to assist in resolving disputes.

Susan is recognized as a First International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator and has achieved qualification for recognition as an IMI Certified Mediator. She has completed the IMI Online Mediator Specialization Assessment, further affirming her proficiency in mediation.

As a Certified Dispute Resolution Analyst with NextLevel Mediation, Susan brings analytical skills to her practice. Her involvement extends to being a Member of the American Bar Association ODR Task Force Working Group III and the ABA's Dispute Resolution Section.

Additionally, Susan is an Individual Panel Member at ADR ODR International and a Fellow of the World Mediation Organization. Her commitment to the legal community is also reflected in her status as a Life Fellow of the Kentucky Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of Kentucky’s courtroom community.
