Beau James Brock

Beau James Brock operates his private practice at Brock & Palmintier Law, LLC, focusing on criminal law, family law, environmental law, DWI, and car accidents. His extensive experience includes working at Manasseh, Gill, Knipe & Belanger from 2011 to 2019. Prior to his private practice, Beau was part of the Secretary’s Executive Staff at LDEQ from 2008 to 2011.

From March 1999 to February 2008, Beau served as Regional Criminal Enforcement Counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency, where he oversaw federal criminal investigations in Louisiana conducted by the EPA-Criminal Investigation Division. His earlier career includes a role as Assistant District Legal Counsel for East Baton Rouge Parish from October 1991 to March 1999, where he led over 50 successful jury trials.

Beau's legal education was completed at Louisiana State University in 1988 and the L.S.U. Law Center in 1991. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, and an Associate member of the Baton Rouge Association of Women Attorneys.

In addition to his legal practice, Beau is an accomplished author, having published "Run to Win: The Mongoose System: Coaching Middle School & Youth Basketball." He contributes numerous articles on legal professionalism, criminal law, and environmental law, and frequently lectures on these topics.
