Peyton Patrick Murphy

Peyton Patrick Murphy is a committed legal professional who has spent his entire life in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After earning his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1988, he pursued his legal education at Tulane Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 1991. Peyton was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1992 and the Louisiana State Bar in 1993.

Peyton is authorized to practice in the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of the Federal U.S. District Courts in Louisiana, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He is actively involved with the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Upon completing law school, Peyton served as a law clerk for a state district judge and gained valuable experience at an insurance corporate law firm. In 1993, he established Murphy Law Firm, LLC, which has a strong track record in representing clients affected by personal injuries, defective drugs, and hazardous products over its 24 years of litigation experience.
