Robert Hallack

Robert Hallack leads Hallack Law Offices in Baton Rouge, bringing decades of experience in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 1989. During his studies, he served as Associate Editor of the Southern University Law Review, where his article on "Louisiana's Comparative Fault Doctrine and the Mitigation of Damages" was notably cited by the Louisiana Supreme Court. His academic excellence was recognized with the West Publishing Award for Scholastic Achievement.

Since 1989, Mr. Hallack has dedicated his practice to a variety of cases, including vehicle accidents, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, professional malpractice, maritime accidents, premises accidents, and workplace injuries. He has also contributed significantly to legal education through his work with the National Business Institute, authoring and lecturing on trial procedures, evidence, proving damages, and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and workers' compensation.

Mr. Hallack is an active member of the Baton Rouge and Louisiana State Bar Associations and is admitted to all Federal courts in Louisiana. He is also affiliated with the Wex Malone American Inns of Court, enhancing his commitment to legal excellence.
