Jeffrey W. Weiss

Jeffrey W. Weiss is a distinguished attorney located in Bossier City, Louisiana. He graduated with honors from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and earned his B.A. degree magna cum laude in economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1983, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Continuing his academic excellence, Jeff obtained his Juris Doctorate from Tulane School of Law in 1986, graduating summa cum laude. At Tulane, he contributed to the Tulane Law Review and was recognized by the Order of the Coif honor society.

Since 1986, Jeff has been actively practicing law, bringing extensive transactional and litigation expertise to his clients. His primary practice areas include Oil and Gas, Estate Planning, Probate and Succession Administration, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, and Business Law. He serves as lead outside counsel for various landowners, developers, and businesses in Northwest Louisiana.

Jeff is licensed by the Louisiana Department of Insurance as a title insurance producer and is an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company. Additionally, he has contributed to the legal community as an assistant examiner for the Louisiana State Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions and currently serves on the Louisiana State Law Institute's Common Interest Ownership Regimes Committee.
