Patrick L. McCune

Patrick L. McCune brings extensive expertise in commercial litigation to his role at Wiener, Weiss & Madison, operating between the firm's Baton Rouge and Shreveport offices. His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on creditor’s interests and bankruptcy litigation.

Licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, Patrick has represented clients in courts across these states. His legal acumen is complemented by a robust educational background, including an honors degree from LSU Law School and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to his legal career, he managed a non-profit organization in New York City, which honed his skills in business and finance.

Before joining Wiener, Weiss & Madison, Patrick was an associate in the commercial litigation division of a major Gulf Coast law firm, where he primarily served local, regional, and national banks. He also completed three judicial clerkships, enhancing his legal foundation. During his undergraduate studies, he interned in leadership offices at the United States Congress and held leadership roles as Student Body President at Louisiana State University A&M and Chair of Louisiana’s Council of Student Body Presidents.
