William Jarred Franklin Sr

William Jarred Franklin Sr. is a seasoned legal professional from Bossier City, Louisiana, with deep roots in the Shreveport area. He earned his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1998. Following graduation, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Henry N. Brown Jr. at the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal.
