Patrick L. McCune

Patrick L. McCune brings extensive experience to his practice at Wiener, Weiss & Madison, operating between the Baton Rouge and Shreveport offices. He is well-versed in commercial litigation, handling a diverse range of cases in both state and federal courts. His practice places a strong emphasis on creditor’s rights and litigation in bankruptcy court.

Patrick holds licenses to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, and he has represented clients in courts across these states. His legal acumen is complemented by his academic achievements, including graduating with honors from LSU law school and earning a Master of Business Administration. His previous role as a manager at a non-profit in New York City further enriches his understanding of law, business, and finance, which he expertly applies to achieve his clients' objectives efficiently.

Before joining Wiener, Weiss & Madison, Patrick was an associate in the commercial litigation division at one of the Gulf Coast's largest law firms, where he primarily represented local, regional, and national banks. He also gained valuable experience through three judicial clerkships. During his undergraduate studies, Patrick interned in the leadership offices of the United States Congress and held leadership roles such as Student Body President at Louisiana State University A&M and Chair of Louisiana’s Council of Student Body Presidents.
