Jerome H. Moroux

Jerome H. Moroux is a distinguished Partner at Broussard and David, LLC, where he focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, he pursued his undergraduate education at St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM, earning a B.A. in philosophy, literature, and the history of math and science.

He then attended Louisiana State University for law school, graduating cum laude and participating as a Member of the Louisiana Law Review. Post-graduation, Jerome gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Jerome's legal practice encompasses cases involving maritime/offshore accidents, trucking and 18-wheeler accidents, automobile accidents, onshore/industrial accidents, and premises defects. His expertise has earned him membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and recognition as a Rising Star by Louisiana Super Lawyers every year since 2014.

Jerome is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and the Lafayette Bar Association. He also serves as a board member of the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Louisiana, the American Inn of Court, and the Episcopal School of Acadiana.

Jerome resides in Lafayette with his wife, Ashley, and their four children.
