Brian R. Carnie serves as a partner in the Shreveport office of Kean Miller, focusing his practice on labor and employment law. He represents employers across both private and public sectors, advocating for management's interests in various legal matters. His expertise encompasses wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace torts, breach of contract, and whistleblower claims under FMLA and OSHA.
