Elizabeth Rogers

Elizabeth Rogers, often referred to as Beth among peers, is an attorney at Punchwork, focusing on labor litigation. Born in the San Diego Naval Hospital, she spent her formative years in Chula Vista, California, before relocating to Phoenix, Arizona, where her ambition to become a lawyer took root. Her diverse upbringing in cities like Chula Vista, Laurel, Maryland, and Phoenix, Arizona, has enriched her personal and professional journey.

From 2007 to 2015, Elizabeth served as the Justice of the Peace for the Kyrene Justice Precinct. Her role in this position, alongside her active involvement with the Arizona Justice of the Peace Association, deepened her insight into the legal system at both local and state levels.

In 2020, Elizabeth moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, to pursue her legal education at the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience working as a law clerk at the James Law Office. This experience equipped her for her current role at Punchwork, where she assists families in navigating complex legal matters.

Elizabeth is passionate about demystifying the legal process for her clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout their legal proceedings. Her approachable demeanor and commitment to client advocacy extend beyond the courtroom into her everyday interactions.

Outside her professional commitments, Elizabeth enjoys reading, traveling, and baking, finding peace and balance in these activities.
