John Lee Hoffoss Jr

John Lee Hoffoss Jr. established Lee Hoffoss Injury Lawyers in 2010, focusing on commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, and personal injury cases, such as those involving the Jones Act and maritime law.

His extensive experience spans over twenty years, during which he has adeptly managed cases ranging from 18-wheeler accidents to wage and hour disputes and defective medical device claims. Lee's commitment to his clients is evident in the significant results he achieves. Notably, he has secured multiple multi-million-dollar settlements, including a case where his clients were awarded over $16 million against hospitals for unlawful billing practices.

Lee's expertise is widely recognized, as demonstrated by his invitations to speak at prominent events, such as the 2014 New York CLE on “Private Legal Rights of Action for Statutory Violation.” His professional accolades include being named in the Louisiana Rising Stars list from 2012 to 2016 and the Louisiana Super Lawyers list by Thomson Reuters annually since 2017.
