About Cameron Ray Waddell
Cameron Ray Waddell is a distinguished attorney with a focus on asbestos-related litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree in history from Furman University in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1988. Following his graduation, Cameron clerked for South Carolina’s senior Circuit Court Judge, Dan Laney.
Before founding The Waddell Anderman Law office, Cameron served as Special Counsel to a national asbestos law firm in Dallas, Texas. He was also a partner at a prominent plaintiff’s law firm in South Carolina. In 1996, he co-founded LeBlanc and Waddell, which was recognized by the Louisiana AFL-CIO as its statewide Occupational Disease Counsel. Cameron was the lead litigator at LeBlanc and Waddell for 12 years, successfully handling cases involving all asbestos-related diseases, including mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis, and various non-malignant pleural diseases.
Cameron's legal expertise has taken him to courts across the United States, including states such as Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
