Anton Martynenko

Anton Martynenko is a committed member of the Scott Vicknair legal team, based in Covington, Louisiana. His legal journey began in the former USSR, where he faced significant challenges that shaped his strong work ethic and compassion. At 15, Anton moved to the United States as an exchange student, later attending a community college in Oklahoma with aspirations of achieving the American dream. This path led him to Tulane Law School, where he discovered his passion for trial advocacy and met his wife.

While at Tulane, Anton gained valuable experience representing indigent defendants through the Criminal Law Clinic. Upon passing the bar, he practiced in diverse areas, including personal injury, consumer protection, family law, and shareholder litigation. Currently, Anton focuses on Successions, utilizing his extensive courtroom experience to assist clients through complex legal processes.

Anton is particularly passionate about addressing elder harm cases, such as coerced wills, reverse mortgages, and undue influence.
