Ernest Eugene Barrow III

Ernest Eugene Barrow III, born in December 1967, was raised on the West Bank of New Orleans. He completed his high school education at Brother Martin High School in New Orleans before pursuing higher education at the University of Alabama and Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge. There, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science.

In 1998, Ernest graduated from Southern University Law School with a Juris Doctorate. He began his legal career by practicing alongside his father, Ernest E. Barrow, II, in Gretna, Louisiana. Following his father's passing, Ernest relocated to Covington, Louisiana, and established his current practice in 2001.

Ernest has been an active member of the Louisiana legal community, concentrating his practice in criminal law, family law, and personal injury law. His professional journey includes serving as Counsel with the 22nd Judicial District Indigent Defender Board from 2002 to 2005 and working with the Jefferson Parish Indigent Defender Board from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, he was an Associate Attorney at Grant & Barrow, P.L.C. from 1999 to 2002.

Residing in Mandeville with his wife and children, Ernest is dedicated to providing legal services to his community. His extensive background and commitment to the law have made him a trusted advocate for his clients.
