Isaac McPherson Gregorie Jr.

Mack Gregorie is a partner at the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller, where he has been practicing since 1984. He brings a wealth of experience in business and corporate transactions, focusing on complex commercial and industrial real estate and finance. His clientele includes international petrochemical companies, global energy producers, banks, financial institutions, as well as buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and lenders.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Mack frequently lectures on various real estate topics, including sales, leases, property law, and purchase and sale agreements. He also discusses recent developments in real estate law. Additionally, he serves as a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company.

Mack is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. He appeared in Chambers USA for 2018 and 2019 in the real estate category and has been listed in Louisiana Super Lawyers from 2008 to 2019. In 2013, he was honored as Baton Rouge Lawyer of the Year (Real Estate) by Best Lawyers and is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

He holds a B.S. from Louisiana State University, completed in 1979, and earned his J.D. from the LSU Law Center in 1982, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
