Nicholas Berg

Nicholas Berg focuses his legal practice on commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular emphasis on securities litigation and arbitration. He adeptly represents individual and institutional investors, including public pension funds and hedge funds, in investment disputes against investment banks and brokerage firms. These cases are handled in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

In addition to securities-related matters, Mr. Berg provides legal representation to businesses and individuals involved in complex commercial litigation. His expertise extends to cases involving derivative suits, unfair trade practices, fraud, negligence, and breaches of fiduciary duties by corporate managers, directors, and officers.

Mr. Berg also advocates for commercial and residential property owners in insurance claims, aiming to recover damages for property loss and business income disruptions. His dedication to his field has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Securities Litigation from 2015 to 2017.
