Scott Richard

Scott Richard, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, graduated magna cum laude from UL Lafayette, majoring in political science and minoring in history. He pursued his legal education at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2015. During his time at Loyola, Scott was actively engaged in the moot court program, representing the law school in national competitions and later coaching teams post-graduation.

Upon his admission to the Louisiana Bar, Scott began his legal career defending large insurance companies and local businesses. His practice encompassed a range of legal actions, including automotive collision defense, veil piercing actions, and breach of trust claims. This diverse experience has equipped him with a broad knowledge base, particularly beneficial in representing clients with serious injuries.

Currently, Scott devotes his practice exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He handles cases arising from maritime/offshore accidents, trucking/18-wheeler accidents, automobile accidents, onshore/industrial accidents, and premises defects.
