James M. Loren

James M. Loren, a senior partner at Goldberg & Loren, is a seasoned litigator with a track record of over 50 case verdicts across the United States. His extensive experience in personal injury law has led to settlements totaling more than half a billion dollars. Many of these cases have resulted in verdicts and settlements surpassing one million dollars.

James specializes in a variety of legal areas, including wrongful death, medical errors, car and motorcycle accidents, trucking incidents, slip and fall cases, product liability, employment discrimination, overtime law, and civil rights actions. He is dedicated to achieving justice for his clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and understanding of their rights.

In addition to representing clients in court and at trial, James has managed appeals throughout the United States. He graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1995. During his time there, he was selected for the prestigious Federal Bureau of Investigation, Honors Internship Program.

James is admitted to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, Georgia, Washington, Oregon, Maine, and Wisconsin. He has also tried cases in Federal Court in states such as Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana.
