Evan M. Koslow

Evan M. Koslow is a distinguished attorney with a focus on family law and civil litigation. He has nearly ten years of experience in the legal field, including roles in federal and state governments and the private sector.

Prior to joining a family law firm in Annapolis, Evan served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Julia B. Weatherly at the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. This clerkship allowed him to engage directly in the judicial decision-making process and gain valuable insights into the evidentiary factors judges consider persuasive.

Evan earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During his time in law school, he served as Vice President and President of the Household Law Association and worked as the primary research assistant to Professor Leigh Goodmark on her book about domestic violence. He also gained practical experience working for several family law firms in the Annapolis and Washington D.C. area and served as a Rule 16 Legal Counsel for the University of Baltimore Family Law Clinic. Evan was on the Dean's List and was the sole student representative on the committee for the design of the University of Baltimore's new law school building, which opened in Fall 2013.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts from The School of Public Affairs at The American University. During his undergraduate studies, he was an active member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, served as class treasurer, participated in the Freshman Service Background, and played on the University's club ice hockey team.
