Michael H. Bereston

Michael H. Bereston leads his Annapolis-based law firm, serving clients throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. With over two decades of experience in civil litigation, Mr. Bereston concentrates on representing victims of birth injuries and medical negligence. Initially, he represented both plaintiffs and defendants, but in recent years, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to advocating for injured victims.

Mr. Bereston holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the United States District Courts in these jurisdictions, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.

Recognized for his legal expertise, Mr. Bereston has been named to "Super Lawyers" and holds an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
