Peter A Holland

Peter A. Holland is widely recognized for his expertise in consumer protection law, with a particular focus on debt buyer litigation. Practicing from Annapolis, Maryland, Peter imparts his knowledge as a faculty member at the University of Maryland law school, where he teaches courses on consumer law. He is a frequent speaker at both state and national consumer protection conferences.

Peter is often consulted by fellow attorneys for mentorship and advice. He has served as co-counsel in class action lawsuits, leading to the dismissal of numerous cases initiated by debt buyers and automobile finance companies.
