Sean D. Harding

Sean D. Harding is a seasoned attorney with a focus on personal injury law, practicing in Annapolis, Maryland. He earned his B.A. in History from Salisbury University in 2013, where he also contributed as an Americorps member. In 2016, he graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Francis King Carey School of Law. During law school, Sean was an active member of the National Trial Team and served as an editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law.

Following his graduation, Sean completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security. He then served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw Geter of the Appellate Court of Maryland, where he was involved in legal research and drafting appellate opinions.

Before joining his current firm, Sean practiced at several prestigious law firms in Maryland and D.C., handling diverse civil litigation matters such as insurance defense, commercial litigation, employment law, and trusts & estates litigation. He also provided legal counsel on corporate law and regulatory compliance to various industries.

Currently, Sean's practice is concentrated on personal injury cases, including claims related to automobile accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse, trip and fall injuries, pharmacy errors, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice in both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as in federal courts.

Beyond his legal career, Sean is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of directors for There Goes My Hero, a non-profit dedicated to supporting those affected by blood cancer. In his leisure time, Sean enjoys hiking and wilderness backpacking, with extensive experience on the Pacific Crest Trail and Appalachian Trail.
