Vadim A. Mzhen

Vadim A. Mzhen is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in handling all types of personal injury cases. His practice encompasses claims related to car, motorcycle, truck, pedestrian, and bike accidents, as well as medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, pharmacy errors, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death, and survival actions.

Mr. Mzhen is admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland and actively participates in the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association, along with several bar associations within the state. He has successfully litigated numerous cases in both the District and Circuit Courts across Maryland, including the western and eastern shores, as well as in Federal Courts located in the state. His expertise has been acknowledged by his selection to Super Lawyers from 2021 to 2025.

Mr. Mzhen earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving the Cwikla Award from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering in 1987. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law with honors in 1992, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Associations. Following law school, Mr. Mzhen began his career in private practice with the firm now known as Venable, LLC, focusing on corporate, transactional, and taxation matters.

In 1996, Mr. Mzhen co-founded the firm Lebowitz & Mzhen Personal Injury Lawyers, where he has dedicated his practice to advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
