About Andrew Gross
Andrew Gross embarked on his legal journey at a civil litigation firm focused on aiding victims of juvenile lead poisoning. He later served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore City. His career path led him to the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he provided legal counsel to military leaders across various U.S. locations and represented soldiers in Courts-Martial and Administrative Proceedings.
After his military service, Mr. Gross returned to Maryland, joining a medium-sized civil litigation firm in Towson. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he founded the Law Office of Andrew P. Gross, returning to his roots as a law clerk.
Originally from Texas and raised in Munich, Germany, Mr. Gross has called Maryland home for two decades. He completed high school in Columbia, Maryland, and went on to earn his college degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Mr. Gross is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, Bar Association of Baltimore City, Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice, and National Organization for Veteran’s Advocates. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is accredited to represent veterans before the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
Driven by a personal connection to the veteran community, Mr. Gross finds great fulfillment in advocating for veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve. He also serves as a Major in the Maryland Army National Guard and sits on the Board of Reveille Grounds.
In his free time, Mr. Gross enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters in North Baltimore.
