Gary Damico

Gary Damico is a Partner at Nguyen Roche Sutton, where he spearheads a diverse practice in real estate and business law. His real estate expertise includes guiding clients through commercial and residential transactions, such as acquisitions, sales, development projects, leasing, and land use issues. Gary is also skilled in drafting and negotiating home improvement and construction contracts.

In his business law practice, Gary provides counsel to small and regional companies on entity formation, governance, succession planning, and buy-sell arrangements. He often acts as outside general counsel for builders, property managers, investors, and contractors throughout Maryland.

Gary's client-centered approach emphasizes building long-term relationships, offering precise legal risk assessments, and delivering tailored, pragmatic solutions aligned with client objectives.

Acknowledged by his peers and the legal community, Gary is a multi-year honoree in the Maryland Super Lawyers list for Real Estate and has twice received the "Up & Coming Lawyers" designation from What’s Up? Magazine.

In addition to his legal practice, Gary is actively involved in civic and nonprofit leadership. He supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities Maryland and holds a board member and governance secretary role at Wide Angle Youth Media.

Prior to joining Nguyen Roche Sutton, Gary honed his legal skills at both boutique and regional law firms in Baltimore and Annapolis.
